Regards!ġ- As the group name states, artwork has to be 1) visually cute, 2) be anime style, and 3) MUST have feet as the main focus.Ģ- You are able to add anything you feel like to the group that you think follows the rules, but PLEASE submit to the proper folders!ģ- Featured content in gallery is for SUPER, cute artwork - artwork that will blow people's socks off and have an overall look of awesome!Ĥ- Traps are welcomed here! Shota too, if cute!ĥ- Male feet are not allowed.
We should enjoy all of that cuteness and love together without misunderstandings or grief regarding some art being "better" or "worse" within the group. If your art is cute, has anime style and it shows feet then it is more than likely going to be welcomed here as long as it has a basic level of skill, respects anatomy, the group's rules, etc. Rest assured that all of the content that was portrayed in the gallery have been properly distributed to the rest of the group's folders. As a conclusion, "Featured" folder had not a reason to exist within the group's organization and thus it has been emptied. The founders have alread enough visibility in the group through their participation in it and it is not really needed nor fair to boost our galleries further. But put aside the fact that it is impossible to rename or delete that folder because DeviantART's current limitations: To keep a folder that clashes with the group's organization just for that purpose doesn't seem viable at all. We considered several options or possible solutions to this issue in order to avoid discrimination among the members or misunderstandings regarding the rather subjective use of this folder, among them there was the idea of simply renaming it to "Founders' Folder", a folder that'd feature the founders' own works. The folder have been mostly used for founders' purposes and, it created a false pretentious feeling that only very very good art could get into there, what, in fact, demoralized some of the group's members and that was never the intention of this staff. Personally I have received a few times feedback regarding said folder and most of it negative. It is not surprising in the slightest that, having that organization, the idea of a "Featured" folder would have clashed with some of our members. Though, only decently written and properly realized journals-deviations might be added to this section to prevent spam. Role Play -> For those that are into roleplay and want to find players this is the place to go. Usually drawings that have got a story added by another person other than the artist come here. Stories -> Most of the literature and written art goes for this folder.Ĭaptions -> A mixture and combination of visual art and written art.
Screenshots -> As the name suggests, screenshots or gifs/animations that are taken from animes or anime-focused videogames. 3D Art -> A subdivision of digital art that is clearly distinguishible because they are not 2D drawings but art made with 3D programs. Traditional Art -> Art that, unlike digital, have been made with classic or traditional methods such as pencil and paper, crayons, paintbrush, aquarella, etc. These folders are pretty straightforward and organize the group's art in a very logical and objective organization: Digital Art -> Here goes any digital art, basically the art that have been done with digital programs, in a PC, be it with a classic drawing tablet, daring mouse, etc. Thus, there's no "better" art than other, simply art that is fitting with the group's main theme (CUTE, ANIME, FEET). Currently, CAF is proud of having a very objective folder system that doesn't "tier" art but instead simply classify it by its method of creation or its nature. At first barely usable and only posting or featuring the founders' art, then it was used in a slightly pretentious way to include art that we considered ultra cute and to better reflect the image of the group, but as you might know that can get into a very subjective matter. Greetings to all of the CAF (Cute Anime Feet) members and watchers! First of all, we have to inform you that we have decided to actually empty the featured folder (since DA doesn't allow to rename it or delete it) and thus, as a result of this most of the works that were in the folder have been moved or readressed to the already existing folders of the group (Such as 3D art, Digital Art, traditional, stories, etc) The reason for this decision is mostly because we have been keeping that legacy folder there for a while.
